I have 29 years experience as a psychotherapist, 13 years as a leadership coach and 11 years studying and applying the principles of New Equations into my clinical interactions.

Curious, engaging and interactive, my eclectic style draws from past training and practice in areas of psychodynamic psychotherapy, family systems therapy, play therapy with children, adolescent counseling, substance abuse treatment, short-term solution-focused treatment as well as extensive training as a leadership coach.

My focus with clients is on nurturing relationships. This includes both relationship with self and with others. The larger parts of my work with clients often include; developing and maintaining grounded connections, creating ways to enhance intimacy in one’s life, and meeting life’s challenges with the support of others.
